Meet the San Francisco Team Behind Brennan Roofing Co San Francisco
Roofs in San Francisco take a beating that roofs in most cities never see. Salt air off the Pacific, fog rolling over Twin Peaks, marine layer settling into the Sunset and Richmond most mornings of the year. Your crew has to understand that. We’re a small, local team that works steep hillsides, flat-roof Victorians, and wind-exposed ridgelines from Visitacion Valley up to the Presidio. Every person on this page shows up in a uniform, passes a background check, and answers to the same standard we’ve been held to since 2000. No subcontracted puzzle boxes. Just our people, on your roof, doing it right.

Our People
Travis Oakley, Owner
Travis Oakley runs Brennan Roofing Co San Francisco the way he runs a job site: show up, look at the actual roof, tell the homeowner what it needs, and put the price on paper before anyone touches a shingle. He’s been in roofing long enough to know that a Mission District flat roof and a Sea Cliff steep-slope have almost nothing in common except that they both leak when somebody cuts corners. Travis signs off on every estimate that leaves this office and personally walks the site on any job where the decking or structural framing looks questionable. He’s the reason every job ends with a written one-year guarantee, and the reason nobody on his crew has to invent a price at the door.
Marcus T., Lead Technician
Marcus T. has been running roofing crews across San Francisco for over a decade, and he’s certified on GAF, CertainTeed, and Owens Corning installation systems. If your roof has a complicated valley, a dormer that catches wind off the bay, or flashing that has been patched one too many times, Marcus is the one on it. He’ll tell you straight up if a repair will hold or if you’re throwing money at a roof that’s done. Most days you’ll find him in Noe Valley, Pacific Heights, or anywhere the houses are old enough that the original cedar shakes are still under three layers of asphalt. He brews cold-brew concentrate in his garage and will defend it against all critics.
Elena R., Senior Installer
Elena R. specializes in flat and low-slope roofing systems, which matters a lot in San Francisco, where a huge portion of the housing stock from the Richmond to Bernal Heights is built flat for a reason. She’s meticulous about underlayment and drip edge, the two things that quietly determine whether a roof lasts fifteen years or five. Elena runs the crew’s quality checklist before any job gets called complete, walking every seam, every penetration, every termination point. She used to frame houses and still owns a hammer she’s had since her first job in 2011. If she tells you a detail looks good, it’s because she already stared at it for five minutes and fixed it twice.
Dana P., Service Coordinator
Dana P. is the voice on the phone when you call Brennan Roofing Co San Francisco, and she’s the reason you never get a voicemail or an automated system, any hour of the day. She schedules every inspection and repair call, tracks which materials are landing on which job, and cross-references the weather so we’re not tearing off a roof in a downpour. Dana knows our service map from the Marina to Ingleside and can usually tell you, based on your address and roof type, what the most likely culprit is before anyone even climbs the ladder. She keeps a running list of the best burrito spots near job sites and will absolutely share it if you ask.
One Standard, Every Job
Every Brennan Roofing location operates independently, but we all agreed to work under the same named standard: the Garrison Standard, backed by the Garrison Code. That’s not a marketing line. It’s a written set of practices that governs how we price, how we install, and how we handle mistakes. The price goes on paper before any work starts and it does not move at the door. Every repair and installation is guaranteed in writing for one full year, and if a repair fails inside that year, we come back on a second visit at no charge. Travis Oakley holds every technician on this page accountable to that standard, which means the crew shows up background-checked, uniformed, and working off a written scope. The homeowner knows what’s happening, what it costs, and who’s on the roof. That’s how we run every job in San Francisco, from a small flashing repair in the Outer Sunset to a full tear-off in Bernal Heights.
